Working on a piece of writing and would like an outside eye? I offer dramaturgical and editorial services for plays, prose, screenplays, and more.

I can help you at any stage of writing, whether you’re just beginning to put together ideas, or if you’ve got a full-length draft in need of fine-comb comments. My goal is to support you in writing the clearest version of your story – I’ll ask questions, be your sounding-board, and shape the process around what you need.

It might look like this:

Consultation: We hop on zoom and talk through where you are in your writing process, including your goals and challenges, and devise strategies that will help motivate your most exciting work. 

Feedback: You send me a draft of your work in progress, and I read it over for overall structural and thematic notes. Depending on the scope of your project, we can go into editorial feedback on the line level. I’ll send you written notes, and talk them through in a zoom call, where we can go in depth and discuss your next steps.

Workshops/Classes

I facilitate writing workshops in playwriting and prose fiction for small and large groups alike. I do one-off introductory workshops that get participants up and writing, and I do ongoing class-style sessions that focus on peer feedback and deeper looks into elements of craft.
